The Provincial Congress Committee has been dismantled by its national leadership after the Assembly meeting was over.
However, Pottangi MLA Rama Chandra Kadam has been made the leader of the Congress Legislative wing. He is in the 3rd term in the Assembly.
It seems Congress high command has made a lot of mental exercise in choosing Kadam as its leader in the Assembly. Otherwise, it could have preferred Tara Prasad Bahinipati, elected for the 5th time.
