Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik assured his followers in his party’s foundation day meeting at Puri on December 26, that they have nothing to worry about election-2024.
He claimed, half of the State population shall continue to vote for BJD.
It is only his party that will stay in power even for a hundred years, as the Opposition, devoid of oppertunity to use the State Treasury, shall have no chance to use the Mission Shakti, the administrative cover under which the women are being officially funded. As long as they are funded, their votes shall flow into the BJD buxes, he asserted.
Thus, the Chief Minister has confessed that the sole design behind creation of and funding the Mission Shakti is to catch the women votes.
It is now incumbent upon the Election Commission to save democracy from this evil design.
