This is Sachitra Swain of a remote village in the district of Kendrapada. He is forced out of his home and village by political hoodlums, as his political preference militated against the ruling party. The area is served by a Police Outpost, which continues to torture him, obviously in nexus with the miscreants. I put his version below in a hope against hope that the Police Chief will please pay heed to his sad story and fellow human beings, particularly Oriya population of his area shall wake up to save this man from living death.
